Delivery within Canada

*During Checkout you will see the total price, including taxes, shipping and handling charges, in Canadian dollars before you place your order. Your credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars according to the charges displayed during Checkout.

* is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes or brokerage fees involved in the shipping or receiving of your package. 


Business Days

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding Statutory Holidays within Canada. ships via Canada Post. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery after your order is processed.


Shipments to Forwarding Companies is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. Canada is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder. 


Shipping Restrictions:

Refused/Undeliverable Packages

A $15 CAD Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused/undeliverable shipments. For international orders, a $30 CAD Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused/undeliverable shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.

All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

Out of Stock

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail within one business day. Please make sure to add us to your address book so that you may receive a confirmation email.

Incorrect Addresses

It is the responsibility of you, the customer, to provide us with the correct shipping address when placing an order. If the order is shipped out to an incorrect address, or is sent back to us due to an error in the address, the customer will be liable to pay any additional shipping fees (e.g. if you received Free Shipping, but your order was returned to us, and you do not wish to pay for shipping again, we will refund you for your order, minus the shipping cost).

Return & Exchange Policy

This Policy was last updated April 2020. is committed to providing you with quality products that meet your skincare needs and excellent customer service.  It is our hope that you are satisfied with your skincare products; however, you may request a refund or exchange for any purchased product if you experience skin sensitivities or if the product does not meet your reasonable expectations. All returns/exchanges need to be made within 30 days of purchase. We do not have the ability to provide a refund for products that are pre-ordered until after the date of product delivery. If your product was damaged in transit, you may request, within 30 days of the date of product delivery, that the damaged product be replaced. 

To make any of the above requests, please send an email to detailing the order number and the product for which you would like a refund or exchange, along with a description of your concern or complaint. Upon receipt of your request, will make a determination, in its reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you and used as intended. Requests for refunds and exchanges will be reviewed and determined on a case by case basis. Company reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, to refuse to refund or exchange any product.

To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt and reason for the return. We will always ask the reason for the return in an effort to constantly improve upon our level of service. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. When you return a product, you will receive a full refund credited to your original payment method.

1. Initiate a return or exchange


If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased online, please contact Customer Care to initiate your return/exchange via email at Our team will be happy to assist you with returns that meet our policy requirements and/or to provide a recommendation on products for an exchange. Be sure to contact our Customer Care team before you send in a return or exchange. is not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to Customer Care.


2.  Pack your return & ship


Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return was a result of damage or error. g your item. Choose whichever courier you prefer – just remember to pack properly to ensure your return arrives undamaged!

We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit; we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.


All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging. All parts, pieces, cords, chargers, printed materials, promotional items, gifts with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned. (You may keep free gifts and gifts with purchase, but we may charge your account for the full value of the gift.)  Returned products may not be altered and must contain over 50% of the product. We reserve the right to deny the return or issue a store credit if the item is not returned complete with original packaging.


We sincerely appreciate your assistance and understanding in adhering to this return policy. Please remember that we reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment. Multiple return requests are subject to our review. We may also deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once. Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned at the customer's expense or destroyed upon request. In the event an exchange is made, please note the that exchanged item is not eligible for return or exchange.
